Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of our website, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.
1. Missing Landmarks and Regions
Due to the platforms, themes, and plugins used to create this website, there are some pages which are missing main landmarks and other pages which may be missing regions and landmarks often used for page navigation. While on these pages, we recommend navigating using other methods such as headings, interactive elements, or even edit fields as they are more reliable and follow a logical and meaningful structure and order.
2. PDF Documents
Some pages within our website contain links ot PDF documents. Older versions of these documents may not be fully and readily accessible to all users. We are working to remediate these documents and recommend reaching out to us for alternative formats in the meantime.
Assessment Approach
Our website has been evaluated against the WCAG guidelines with various assistive technologies.
For testing, we worked with The Blind Institute of Technology to evaluate our website, its pages, and its content for areas we can improve upon. Testing was conducted from various screen reader perspectives, including JAWS and NVDA, from a visual accessibility perspective (including low vision, colorblindness, and physical reactions), from a keyboard only perspective, and from various devices, browsers, and operating systems.
