What Can Be Supported

Filed Under Grants 

• Proposals solicited and sponsored by associates of The Gibney Family Foundation
• Organizations serving those who are blind and visually impaired. These will collectively receive the majority of grant funding, in accordance with the wishes of its founder, Albert L. Gibney. 
• Organizations serving other specially challenged populations whom TGFF associates have a passion to help will also be considered for grants.
• Geographic Focus:  TGFF associates may sponsor grants in their communities or in areas that are within their scope of influence, which includes: AZ, CA, CT, FL, ID, MA, ME, NH, upstate NY, OR, VT, UT, and WA.
• U.S. domestic organizations with IRS 501(c)(3) and 509 (a)(1), (2), or (3)
